This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion. From the base which I designed, and made from buckram and wired the edge. Each piece is lined the same way I line my hats.
The flower for this fascinator has eighteen layers, nine tulle and nine organza, with beaded stamens that I also made. The feathers that I hand sculptured are stripped coque feathers The fabric I used on the fascinator frame is oriental brocade. Read more on my blog
