This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion. From the base which I designed, and made from buckram and wired the edge. Each piece is lined the same way I line my hats.
The inspiration for this piece are the feathers. I stripped purple coque feathers and curled biot feathers to add a really wild look without going over the top. I added a vintage jeweled piece with a purple stone to complete the look. Check out my blog to see how it all happens!
